This is not a review.. I'm crying and hoping you can give me a P&O zmanager I can contact. My hubbie has terminal cancer, he has never been on a cruise. We booked a 3 nighter dep Mel 9/12/16 via Scoopon. We received an email stating money received, we would be sent an email shortly on how to redeem your vouchers. We didn't recieve the email, I emailed scoopon on 4/11 telling them we hadn't received an email.. no reply. I was getting concerned so I rang them yesterday. I was told no you should have booked on surveymonkey by 2 November. Called P&O who told me to call scoopon back again. I did, they told me to put it in an email. I did and got a reply they will be deducting 50% for cancellation fee. Is their anyone in Melbourne I Can speak to? I am too upset to tell my hubbie this news at the moment. We are going through hell at the moment.
