Ovation of the Seas. Royal Caribbean - Ovation of the Seas Cruise Review

"An absolutely amazing vessel with amazing staff. So much to do and so much was included in our fair. We never ran out of things to do. You can do as much and as little as you like. The option to pay all your excursions and extra entertainment, dinning and drinks packages up front. Is absolutely amazing we had no nasty surprises at the end of our trip. It was an awesome feeling boarding the vessel knowing everything was paid for and we won’t going to miss out on the excursions we wanted to go on. Food is fabulous you do t even need a dinning package as the variety and quality is so good. "

Explorer Dream - Explorer Dream Cruise Review

"Found cruise on a whole to be good, we had a balcony room which was fine but found bed too big for the room. All toiletries were provided and room housekeeping was excellent. We had an excellent deal by cruising to Auckland For 7 days and flying home To Sydney after 2 days Staff in pizza restaurant were good value and some spoke English, a lot of staff onboard is did not understand what we were asking. Preferred eating in restaurants provided rather than buffet style as this was too pushy Perhaps A fluent English speaking staff member be allocated to each information section. Transfers - bus transfer from ship to Wellington need improvement, waiting time was up to 1.5 hours would have been very unpleasant if it was raining to stand waiting for a bus. Many people not prepared to wait their turn which was very annoying. Tender transfers were good at Gisborne And very efficient. I would travel again on this cruise liner but for a shorter period. Might try Tasmania next cruise "

Once in a lifetime - Queen Mary 2 Cruise Review

"What more can be said about Queen Mary 2. On a personal level I embraced the luxury and opulence of what was on offer. I enjoyed getting dressed for dinner and the Gala evenings as it is not something that I get to do in my daily life. I chose to have my meals in the restaurants and liked being served by the white gloved waiters. I could have eaten in the buffet restaurant but I can do that at home. My Balcony Stateroom was more than I expected and better than you see o the brochures. I was on deck 4 Stateroom 4138 and it was kept beautiful by my Stateroom Attendant Joanne. Th "

Repositioning cruise - Voyager Of The Seas Cruise Review

"Food was very good but choice was a bit limited. They have squeezed extra cabins on at the refit and the ship felt very crowded 2 lifts were out of order the whole cruise which was very annoying seemed to have to wait ages. Tender ports were a joke had to wait till after midday before we could get off and we had to be back on board at 4 so hardly worth it. Only 2 production shows in 14 nights Cabin was new and very quiet good position close to lifts (8323) Dining room, theatre and star lounge were very cold "

Wonderful Review on Carnival Spirit - Carnival Spirit Cruise Review

"Had a great time on our cruise. Everything was perfect, food was great, the cabin was spotless. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and that is better than my own bed. Entertainment was top class and the crew were lovely always happy and smiling. Because of the fires on Moreton Island we were diverted to Hobart which I thoroughly enjoyed instead."

2 days aboard eplorr dream, brisbane to sydney - Explorer Dream Cruise Review

"1st time embarking at brisbane. checkin was very streamline and quick. meet and greet was enjoyable. our cabin was clean and bright with a very large tv. our bathroom was great with a sliding door separating the head. our cabin steward was very good cleaning our room and a delight to talk to. we dined in the dining room both nights. were were seated at a window table and service was excellent. the food was average for a dining room although the variety was good. we never had to wait as we dined early but there were waiting periods of up to one hour for some. we purchased drink packages, $108 beer and wine (classic) $208 open bar (premium) for 2 days as drinks carried a 10% gst and 18% surcharge making bottled beer about $9 and cocktails about $15 service was very ordinary (slow) "

Our Pacific Explorer Experience - Explorer Of The Seas Cruise Review

"The overall service was great. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Made you feel welcome on the ship. Felt very spoilt having our room looked after twice a day. Didn’t get to experience all restaurants and entertainment this time round, but kids were happy. Kids club sign up recommended if you have children. Caters to all ages. Tangalooma island day trip was fun. Experienced Segway and quad biking. So much fun. Were affected by rough seas towards last day and a half. Our room being a mini suite was located towards back of ship, so felt the rocking when seas got rough. If u suffer sea sickness, would recommend you ask for room located towards centre of ship. Would recommend Moreton Island short cruise if you’re just after a short getaway... without worrying about passport hassle. "

Explorer Dream - Explorer Dream Cruise Review

"Cabin was good but will book a window one next time. Coffee making facilities is a terrific idea. I could not fault the food or the crew. Entertainment was the best we have ever seen and that is after being on 15 cruises"
