Found cruise on a whole to be good, we had a balcony room which was fine but found bed too big for the room. All toiletries were provided and room housekeeping was excellent.
We had an excellent deal by cruising to Auckland For 7 days and flying home To Sydney after 2 days
Staff in pizza restaurant were good value and some spoke English, a lot of staff onboard is did not understand what we were asking.
Preferred eating in restaurants provided rather than buffet style as this was too pushy
Perhaps A fluent English speaking staff member be allocated to each information section.
Transfers - bus transfer from ship to Wellington need improvement, waiting time was up to 1.5 hours would have been very unpleasant if it was raining to stand waiting for a bus. Many people not prepared to wait their turn which was very annoying.
Tender transfers were good at Gisborne
And very efficient.
I would travel again on this cruise liner but for a shorter period. Might try Tasmania next cruise
