    "Wow, what can I say!! This cruise was amazing!! Staff went above and beyond, I have never encountered such tremendous customer service, nothing was ever too much trouble. The suite was very spacious and spotless My only criticism is, on the first day there was a staff member ensuring all passengers washed their hands prior to eating in the dining room, however after that the handwashing was never monitored "

    "THank you cruise guys, the price was great for a New Years cruise, sad to report the food was the worst part, and all desserts in the pantry tasted the same- no flavour. The staff were friendly. However apart from a couple of shows that were included in the price. A few shows ( the best we were told) you had to pay for. When we decided to pay, it was all booked out and they didn't run it again. In the night time if you weren't the partying type, there was nothing to do but go to the casino as they had more promotions on. This was my 8th cruise with P & O... gone down hill dramatically "

    "Cruise was well managed & comfortable. Beverage Package was expensive & there was no Shiraz & the Pinot Noir ran out. They should have restocked @ Brisbane. Anytime dining on shared tables worked well. The singer/pianist in the Crooners Bar was very good, the shows were average. The Princess shore excursions to Alotea & Rabaul were excellent. The snorkeling on Kitava was OK, on Kiriwina was good, & on Conflict Islands was very good. The high pressure salesmanship of the natives of Kitava & Kiriwana was very oppressive & unnerving, & I have no wish to return to either."

    "I was dissapointed with the quality of the food. I got sick after we had dinner at the Waterfront restaurant- I was throwing up , had diarrhoea and stomach cramps. However I did like the food at the Dragon Lady and our waitress Ellen was amazing ! Also the fruit that was served at the Pantry was terrible it had no taste. I won’t be doing another P & O Cruise anytime soon. I did a Cruise 6 years ago with the Serenede of the Seas overseas from Barcelona and that was magnificent. "

    "This Cruise was organised for my mother in law who turned 80 years of age. It was absolutely amazing, we loved every minute being on this Cruise. So many enjoyable things to do, the nonstop food service was exceptionally 100% the best service, the early dining was also enjoyable with entertainment each night. The Cruise Staff was all excellent caring helpful and very committed to the service they provided in all areas. The only 1 issue that we really had was the drinking water which didn’t really taste like water but other than that we found no other faults and we are all so glad we made the decision to go. My family and I will definitely go again and can’t wait to plan out next trip with Carnival Cruises. "
