Great cruise on the Carnival Legend - Carnival Legend Cruise Review

"Great cruise and a smooth ride. Great food. The only thing i would suggest is more free coffee and and tea stations on all decks so we're not treking up to deck 9. Otherwise can't fault anything. Staff are polite and helpful."

Review of agent and cruise on Majestic Princess - Majestic Princess Cruise Review

"Good Cruise. There was a problem with communication somewhere along the line. 3 of us travelling together with single balcony cabins. We ALL paid the same price of $6000 + . 2 of us, Margaret Mulder and I (Dina Colborne) received $100.00 + a voucher for a specialty restaurant + a &30.00 bottle of wine with our booking. Our other friend, Robyn Voutier, also had the same offer (I saw her letter with booking details including the same online benefits) yet the vouchers were not issued to her the by Princess Cruise line. When we asked Princess personnel, they said that it was the agents mistake so we contacted Crazy Cruises and after much pleading, negotiation and frustration they said they would refund Robyn $100.00 which they have. Thank you. What I would like to know is why didn't Crazy Cruises look up Robyn's paperwork and check to see that she had in fact been given the same online benefits that we had? Whoever took the calls from Robyn and from me should have checked to see that Robyn had in fact been offered the same onboard deals. Communication between you and Princess Cruises or any other Cruise line needs to improve. Dina Colborne"

Dissapointing - P&O - Pacific Aria Cruise Review

"Our Cabin was fantastic, a few of the staff members had attitude and we found were rude. in saying this the majority were friendly and very lovely it was great to see some old faces from a previous ship. The entertainment was okay. The cruise director was fabulous. We were disappointing with the food the dragon lady and Angelo's were disappointing and the food in the pantry was certainly nothing compared to the pacific dawn. All in all we would not sail again on this ship."

10 nights to Great Barrier Reef on Celebrity Solstice - Celebrity Solstice Cruise Review

"Our third cruise on this ship but was a little disappointed. The crew was great as usual. The cooling was too cold as a lot of people were agreeing. Good food but entertainment was only good a few nights. We were surprised to be charged for fares into the cities, which we have previously never had to pay. 👎 Our room was nearly at the back so a long walk. I would make sure we were towards the middle if we travel again. "

Review as posted on Australian Product Reviews website - Golden Princess Cruise Review

"An old and tired ship No possible comparison to some of its newer sisters. Eminently unsuitable for older and mobility challenged passengers. My wife brought her own wheelchair on board and it spent almost the entire 14 days stowed on the balcony because while the room stewards were busy, their trolleys blocked the narraow passageways so there was no hope of getting by with the chair. My wife spent the entire cruise either confined to her cabin (stateroom ? be real) or tottering to a restaurant with a stick just for meals. The priority embarcation and disembarcation we had been promised on booking were nowhere to be seen. The gold on this one is tarnished, both on the vessel and those who sail her. But then, I guess that's why she's been relegated to Melbourne. "

Pacific eden - Reef Endeavour Cruise Review

"I had a great result in choosing crazycruises and I’ll definitely use cc again. The upgrade was very decent with plenty of room.P&O staff are a credit to themselves (friendly and professional). The Pacific Eden was a challenge ie. lack of maintenance to cabin and a reluctant port engine. Food was hot and very adequate onboard entertainment was ok.Once again the staff were incredible, hopefully P&O recognises the value they add to a holiday experience. Thank you CrazeyCruises. Regards"

Most relaxing cruise on the Pacific Explorer - Explorer Of The Seas Cruise Review

"One of the best Holidays we’ve had. You can do as much or little as you please. The food in the Pantry, was your everyday cuisines. Average. The other restaurants were upmarket cuisine and not your everyday restaurant menu. You have plenty of choice throughout the whole ship for choice of food. If you can’t find anything you like, then I’d say your extremely fussy. The waterfront restaurant had the best breakfast. 99.8% of staff are exceptional. You could not ask for better service. The captain will not risk anyone’s life to attend an island if he feels it is unsafe. We missed mystery island, we were quite happy to have missed the rough seas in the tender boat that day. Staff don’t speak English so well, so be very very careful of the “Spa “ staff. I was caught out and felt very scammed by them, left me upset for a few days. When they say “free” does not mean “free” even when you ask four times to confirm. That would be my only bad taste, that I would never give my business to again. We had deck 9 in the middle. Absolutely the best cabin available. No window, and that was fine as we hardly spent any time in the room. 15year old son met other children through the kids club. He did say, something’s were a bit young for him. My 16 year old son, was very bored. Not a lot to do for 16/17 year olds. As I saw other kids the same age seeming to be in the same situation. Must do,, Lifou,, Jinket Bay. Make sure you book on cruise control as spots are limited. Port villa, Vanuatu, we loved Hideaway island, and posted a post card to the underwater post office, great for snorkelling. Loved the markets right at the dock. And our tour guide organised through FB was Bountiful Tours, private tour was fantastic. Isle of pines, we didn’t see any fish or coral here. Maybe a tour would take you somewhere to see the turtles etc. Nouméa, we did double decker bus through FB. Great tour. But maybe look at doing it early and then squeeze another different tour in the afternoon. If time allows."
